Augustiner Dunkel

Bel colore ambrato carico e limpido con riflessi rosso rubino. Schiuma beige, pannosa, poco persistente. Aroma poco pronunciato, malto tostato, leggero caramello, sentori erbacei e legnosi. Corpo watery con bassa carbonatazione. In bocca malto tostato, sentori erbacei e di frutta (prugne mature). Ha un retrogusto corto, leggermente amarognolo dove ritornano note di tostatura. Dunkel forse un po’ troppo acquosa, si lascia bere bene e rinfresca le calde serate estive. Comunque piacevole. Bottiglia da 50 cl., ABV 5.6%

Beautiful clear amber color with shades of ruby red. Beige creamy head quickly collapsing. Light aroma with roasted malt, caramel, grass and some wood. Watery body with low carbonation. Taste is roasted malt, grass and fruit (plums). Short aftertaste, slightly bitter with roasted malt notes. This dunkel is a bit too watery, but highly drinkable and quite refreshing during this hot summer evenings. Pleasant stuff. 50 cl. bottle, ABV = 5.6%
