Monsteiner Steinbock

Ci spostiamo in Svizzera, per una bock invernale molto poco memorabile brassata dalla Biervision Monstein. Di colore ambrato, versa un enorme quantità di schiuma bianca e pannosa che colma il bicchiere. Aroma di malto, caramello, burro e sentori erbacei. Corpo leggero, bassa carbonatazione. Gusto abbastanza scarso, un po' di malto e note erbacee a fine corsa. Breve retrogusto abboccato, un po' acquoso che sembra avere troppa fretta di scomparire. Bottiglia da 33 cl., ABV 6.5%, 2.16 €

An average and not so interesting Swiss bock. Amber color with a huge frothy white head. Malt, caramel, butter and grass in the nose. Light bodied with flat carbonation. Light taste of malt and some hoppy grass in the finish. Short and slightly bitter grassy aftertaste which disappears very quickly. 33 cl. bottle, 6.5% ABV, 2.16 €
