Appearance: nearly black color with a big rocky light brown head. Aroma: crisp, hoppy, piney, with lots of tropical fruits (grapefruit, mango, pineapple..). Dry finish, long bitter aftertaste filled with mre grapefruit zest and roasted malts. Overall: a striking beer, smooth on the palate and very clean. One of the best Italian Black IPAs ever tried, so far. If you ever come across this one, we recommend you not to miss it. Bottle: 33 cl., 6.8% ABV, batch 99, BBE 03/2012, price 4.50 Euro.
