Ridgeway Santa's Butt Winter Porter

english summary:
Looks like we’re not having much luck with this year Christmas beers.
Ridgeway Santa’s Butt pours a dark brown color with a frothy off-white head. Strong sweet caramel, sugar, molasses and malt in the nose. Light bodied. Taste is similar to a low-carbonated cola, very sweet taste with some light note of roasted malt, coffee and cocoa. Watery finish with – at last – some bitterness and coffee but it’s too late to save this brew. Too thin and sweet to be a porter. Stay away from this one. 50 cl. bottle, 6% ABV, 5.50€
