Brouwerij Boelens, ovvero l’unico birrificio presente nella regione belga della Waasland (Fiandre). La loro Klok Triple è di un bel colore dorato, leggermente velato con un cappello di persistente schiuma bianca, fine e cremosa. L’aroma è dolce, con miele e frutta (pesca, albicocca), leggera speziatura donata dai lieviti. In etichetta dichiara 8.5 gradi alcolici che sono fantasticamente nascosti; in bocca è snella, dal gusto che i mantiene dolce con bell’equilibrio tra malti (biscotto), miele e leggeri toni fruttati. Riesce a non essere stucchevole grazie ad una marcata secchezza che ripulisce bene il palato ad ogni sorso. Anche il finale è dolce, caratterizzato da una bella nota calda alcolica. Beautiful slightly hazy golden color with a thick creamy white head. Sweet aroma with honey and fruits (peaches, apricots.) and yeast spiciness. A very drinkable triple with a well hidden ABV (8.5%). Taste is sweet with biscuit, honey and light fruits. A very dry mouthfeel “saves” this beer from being too sweet and gives it an acceptable balance. Sweet finish on a warm alcoholic note.
