Brewery: Thornbridge Brewery, Bakewell, Derbyshire, England:
Appearance: hazy pale yellow with a lasting creamy white head. Aroma: elegant fruity aroma, orange, tangerine, peach. Mouthfeel: medium-light bodied, medium carbonation, watery texture. Taste: very clean and balanced. Bready malt, sweet citrus pulp and bitter zest. Dry to the palate; aftertaste is gently bitter, herbal and citrusy (grapefruit zest). Overall: another very good IPA from Thornbridge. Tasty, clean and, most of all, exceptionally drinkable. Excellent. Bottle: 50 cl., 5.9% ABV, BB 03/02/2012, price 4.15 GBP.
