Ridgeway IPA

Bel colore dorato pallido, leggermente velato. Schiuma bianca, pannosa, compatta con buona persistenza. Bel naso fresco e luppolato (resina, agrumi) con qualche nota di lievito. Corpo e carbonatazione medi. Oleosa in bocca, dal gusto spiccatamente amaro con ancora resina e agrumi in bella evidenza, ben bilanciati dai malti. Finisce secca con un lungo retrogusto amaro, resinoso. Una buona IPA, amara, elegante, dissetante e profumata. Assaggiata in bottiglia da 50 cl. ABV 5.5%, 4€ da A Tutta Birra (Milano).

Nice hazy pale golden color with a frothy solid and medium lasting white head. Hoppy aroma with resin, citrus and some yeast. Body and carbonation are medium. Oily palate; flavor is hoppy and bitter with resin, citrus which are well balanced by malts. Dry finish, long hoppy bitter aftertaste. Very nice IPA, well brewed, bitter, perfumed and elegant. 50 cl. bottle, 5.5% ABV.
