Tonnerre De Brest Blonde Triple

Il birrificio Tonnerre De Brest è attiva dal 1998 a Brest, nell’estremità più occidentale della Bretagna francese. Produce una gamma di birre tutte ad alta fermentazione di chiara ispirazione belga. Non fa eccezione questa Blonde Triple, di color ambrato chiaro, velato. Enorme cappello di schiuma bianca, cremosa e molto persistente. Naso dolce con malto, canditi, zucchero e lieviti. Corpo medio, bassa carbonatazione. In bocca rimane predominante il dolce, con note di malto, frutta sotto spirito, lieviti ed alcohol. Interessante il fine corsa di questa birra, secco, speziato, con un retrogusto quasi piccante con evidenti note erbacee che ben la equilibrano. Una triple belga francese niente male, che nasconde molto bene i suoi gradi alcolici (ABV 8%) e li lascia bere con facilità. Bottiglia da 33 cl., 2.40 €
