Garrigues Nuit de Goguette

Colore ebano scuro, piccolo cappello di schiuma beige e cremosa che lascia un bel pizzo nel bicchiere. Naso di malto tostato, caffè, note fruttate (prugne), cioccolato e leggera affumicatura. Corpo da medio a leggero, bassa carbonatazione. Gusto di malto tostato, note di caffè e frutta matura. Finisce un po’ astringente, con un retrogusto amaro di tostatura appena bruciato. Complessivamente è una birra gradevole, anche se non esente da qualche piccolo difetto. Degustata in bottiglia da 33 cl., ABV 6%.

Dark deep brown with a small beige creamy head which leaves a lace in the glass. Aroma is of roasted malt with notes of coffee, fruit (plums), chocolate and slightly smoked. Body is from light to medium with low carbonation. Flavor is of roasted malt, hints of coffee and dark fruits. Slightly astringent finish, bitter and roasted aftertaste slightly burnt. Overall a pleasant brew with some flaws. 33 cl. bottle, 6% ABV.
