Il fantasioso nome di questa birra del birrificio Bi-Du si riferisce al fatto che sono state impiegate 10 diverse varietà di luppolo aggiunte in cinque diverse fasi della lavorazione. Nebuloso color giallo pallido, schiuma bianca, fine, compatta, buona persistenza. Ratebeer la classifica come una pale ale americana, ma è in realtà prodotta esclusivamente con varietà europee. Aroma fresco e luppolato, sentori erbacei e floreali. Corpo medio, bassa carbonatazione. Palato oleoso; in bocca è pungente, dominata da note erbacee di luppolo. Finisce secca, lunghissimo retrogusto amato erbaceo quasi “piccante”. Rotonda in bocca, è un'ottima birra generosamente luppolata. Bottiglia da 37.5 cl., ABV 5%, 3.50 € direttamente dallo stand del birrificio.______________

Cloudy pale yellow color with a solid and long lasting white head. Not quite an APA as per Ratebeer classification as there’s we found no evident trace of American hops in it. Nose is fresh and hoppy with grass and flowers. Medium body, low carbonation. Texture is oily and flavor is very grassy and hoppy. Dry finish with a very long grassy bitter and almost “spicy” aftertaste. A very nice and well hopped brew which we recommend to all hops lovers. 37.5 cl. bottle, 5% ABV, 3.50 €
